Teriyaki Tofu Bowl

Teriyaki tofu bowl!

Epicure’s teriyaki is a summer seasonal mix, but if you have some left you should try this meal asap, if you don’t have teriyaki you could sub in epicures Asian stir fry!


Firm tofu pressed and cut into triangles

1 large carrot and 1 large cucumber julienned using Epicure’s mandolin

Romaine lettuce, chopped

Epicure'

s teriyaki or Epicure's Asian stir fry made as directed

Rice noodles


Marinate tofu for at least 10 minutes or over night. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.

Assemble your bowl, romaine, rice noodles, carrots, cucumber, tofu pieces, drizzle with left over teriyaki sauce!
